About Me

At Mountain Tantra, I understand the intricate balance between mind, body, and spirit. My carefully crafted sessions blend traditional tantra practices, ancient meditation and breath-work practices, mindfulness techniques, social neuroscience, and contemporary embodiment practices, and coaching methodologies to create a holistic approach to personal growth and fulfillment.

I started Mountain Tantra in the Rocky Mountains many years ago. when I moved to Athens in 2023 I was excited to work and live in such a beautiful place with the culture, history, architecture and the amazing food!

Megan is a teacher, speaker, tantrika, and creatrix who has dedicated her life to working with men, combining their spirituality and sexuality in ways that enhance relationships, business, sexual, emotional, and physical health.
Megan first discovered Tantra as a teenager, devouring books and articulating experiences she did not yet understand.
In the late 1990s, Megan began studying Tantra and subsequently taught groups across North and South America to thousands of people.
Megan’s genius lies in making the esoteric clear and transferable to everyday life.
The term “Tantra” is Sanskrit for “weave.” Megan will demonstrate how to incorporate and “weave” meditation, massage, breathwork, sexuality, movement, and energy practices with the Western somatic/healing framework in practical and understandable ways for every area of your life.
